WindowGuru is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, contractors, and visitors. We believe every workplace injury is preventable. The health and safety of our workers is a core value that takes precedence over all operational concerns.

This policy applies to all WindowGuru operations, including all work sites, vehicles, equipment, and personnel.

WindowGuru uses the hierarchy of controls for all hazard management: Elimination, Substitution, Engineering Controls, Administrative Controls, and Personal Protective Equipment. Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) are completed prior to every job, with daily toolbox talks addressing task-specific risks.

All incidents, near-misses, and property damage are reported within 1 hour to the HSE Manager. Root cause analysis is conducted within 24 hours. Corrective actions are documented, assigned, tracked to completion, and verified for effectiveness.

Site-specific emergency plans are developed for each project. All crews maintain First Aid kits, fire extinguishers, spill kits, and communication devices. Emergency procedures are reviewed at the start of each new project.
