Getting a quote was very easy. They provided notices of the upcoming appointment which I really appreciated. WindowGuru were very responsive and able to fit me in on the same day. We have a brand new build, lots of large windows with lots of construction dust and traces of cement debris on those windows. The guys were able to pint out a few items that will have to be addressed by the builder (scratches on exterior, chip in one corner and lastly some smudges that were inside a very large window pane). They were professional and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
