Yes, we work in light rain. Our job quality is not affected by light rain. In bad weather such as pouring rain, high winds, and lightning, we would reschedule jobs. WindowGuru will contact you in advance to reschedule your appointment.
No, we only use environmentally safe materials to clean; thus, there would be no harmful effects on your flowerbeds and plants! At WindowGuru, protecting the environment is our number one priority.
No, we do not use long extension poles to reach windows. At WindowGuru, we use extension ladders to reach the windows by hand. This way, we thoroughly handwash/squeegee every inch of the window to achieve the customer’s utmost satisfaction. By using extension ladders, we ensure that we reach areas that are not accessible using any other equipment.
Yes, fly screens are a part of our Window Cleaning Deluxe, Premium, and Premium Plus packages. The Basic Window Cleaning package does not include cleaning fly screens unless it’s installed on the exterior/outside.

Scheduling Questions
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we might be able to meet this requirement.
Yes, all our cleaners are required to arrive before the scheduled time. However, we allow a 30 minutes window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
You are not charged until after the cleaning is completed.
